Country Singer — Kenny O’Dell

Kenny O’Dell, born in 1946 in Oklahoma (United States) is a singer and composer of country music. Or ‘ Dell gained fame when he wrote “Behind closed doors”, theme played by Charlie Rich and achieved significant success. It won a Grammy award in 1973 as the best country song. Previously earned another of its themes, also played by Rich, colara in top ten in 1972, “I take it on home”.

Kenny O’Dell is part of the Nashville Songwriters Fame Hall (Tennessee, United States).
