History
In the words of Swift: “it’s a song I wrote when was dating a guy who wasn’t exactly a popular choice.” His situation was a bit complicated, but I not imported. I started the song with the line, ‘ This love is difficult, but it’s real.’ When I wrote the end of the song, I felt that was the end every girl wants your love story. It is the end what I want. Want a guy who doesn’t care what anyone thinks, what anyone says. He just said, ‘ Casar Conmigo Juliet, te amo, and that is what I do know.’ It is a kind of account on a character from scratch, where is Romeo and Juliet, and not myself by saying that I will leave to marry or something… “But I think it is fun to write it.” Swift has involved the song “White Horse” based on the same person in “Love Story”.
Composition
“Love Story” was first released as single debut album of Swift, Fearless, in 2008. In an article for Billboard, Swift described “Love Story” as “a love that you have to hide because whatever reason not end well.” Giré it in the direction of Romeo and Juliet; our parents are fighting. “The more relaté as a love that not can produce – a love perhaps society would not accept or perhaps your friends could not accept.”
The song is part-time, backed by banjo and guitar. In the letter, the storyteller alludes to Romeo and Juliet and to The Scarlet Letter to describe a love who his father not leaves see. In the end, however, reconciles the father and his love proposes marriage to the storyteller. The proposal is accompanied by a modulation in a tone key d e. swift has been repeated in interviews that the song was written in the letter, “This love is difficult, but it’s real.”
Pop Mix replaces the instruments (banjo) country style and adds a more heavy bass, battery and electric guitars.
International Radio Mix is a hybrid mix of the album and the pop edit version keeping the subject of the original song with a pop harmonic arrangement.
